Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, water in certain areas of Victor may be brownish today, but it is SAFE. Due to the fact this was unforeseen, it was not possible to notify the public in advance. Our crews, contractors and engineers have been working tirelessly to rectify the situation.  We are working on solutions to complete the remaining work, so beware that the color may not be clear for a few days.  We are continuously testing the water and remain in contact with the State water quality folks.   Thank you for your cooperation in this inconvenience while we make much needed repairs and improvements to our water tanks, hydrants and distribution system.
