Due to the fact there were no more candidates certified than the number of positions available for Mayor, City Council Wards 1 and 2 and City Clerk/Treasurer, it is anticipated that  City Council will adopt a resolution on September 19, 2019 officially cancelling the November election and that those certified candidates will take their oaths of office at the November 21st council meeting.  Candidate-elects are as follows:

Mark Gregory, Council Ward 1

Barbara Manning, Council Ward 2

Glori Thurston, City Clerk/Treasurer
