Land Development/Zoning

Victor is subject to zoning and planning regulations (Land Development Code) which may be located under Municipal Code, Chapter 16.  It is advisable to ask for a zoning review if there are to be any physical changes to a property, a change in use or signage.  Additionally, zoning review is required in many other situations as reflected in the Land Development Code.

The City of Victor is zoned R-1, C-1 and MMH Zone.
R-1 means Single Family Residential Homes.
C-1 means Commercial Services with Residential above Street Level.
MMH Zone means Manufactured Mobile Homes.
Amendments to the Official Zoning Map may only be made by ordinance.
