Land Development/Zoning

Victor is subject to zoning and planning regulations (Land Development Code) which may be located under Municipal Code, Chapter 16.  It is advisable to ask for a zoning review if there are to be any physical changes to a property, a change in use or signage.  Additionally, zoning review is required in many other situations as reflected in the Land Development Code.
