Victor Municipal Court is scheduled every other month to address summons issued by the Teller County Sheriff’s Office on violations of municipal ordinances/codes. Municipal Court is typically held on a Monday at 3:00PM, however, may be cancelled if the docket is empty. Court dates may be viewed at the City’s calendar page. Municipal Court is held on the 2nd floor of Victor City Hall, 500 Victor Avenue. The City’s Municipal Judge is appointed annually by the City Council. The position is currently held by the Honorable Judge Debra Eiland.
