Utility Billing -

Water usage in the City’s water distribution system, including areas within the system that are outside the city limits, is measured by meters that are read electronically as close as possible to the first of the month. Bills are prepared and mailed as close as possible to the 5th of the month. Bills are due by the 28th of the month.

Currently, the City of Victor accepts payment by cash, check, money order, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Visa/MasterCard. Customers may set up auto payments by EFT or credit card at myproviderlink.com.

In an effort to answer questions regarding how the water bill is calculated, please consider the following example:

Residential Services Inside the City Limits (this is the majority of customers):

Water – up to 5,000 gallons $12.50 Over 5,000 gallons plus $2.50 per 1,000 gallons or portion thereof
