Annual Business License

If you conduct business in Victor for which you receive payment in any manner other than by salary for which payroll taxes are paid, or as a subcontractor for a general contractor and payment for your services/products is paid directly to you by the general contractor, you must have a business license.

An annual business license is for the calendar year and cannot be pro-rated for part of the year. Please submit the Business License Application and fee, as set by the Fee & Fine Schedule and your license will be returned as soon as possible.

If you need to do a job immediately, you may bring your application and fee to City Hall and arrangements will be made for you to work immediately. Please be aware that Victor does have a zoning ordinance and other ordinances that may limit the type of business you may operate in either the commercial or residential zone in Victor. It is advisable to contact the City Clerk if you have any questions regarding the legality of your business at the proposed address.

If you are a current, paid City of Victor Business License holder, your business will be listed on here.
